Baby Luke
This was a wonderful shoot. Both of Luke’s parents were radiating the happiness that is unique to being a brand new (even though it is their fourth child) Mom and Dad. I love it when parents don’t find out the gender of their babies to be. It gives birth the suspenseful excitement that sonograms so long ago robed it. For months friends and family have been guessing what gender baby would be. Mom and Dad have poured over lists of names. Then it all came down to that final moment when the baby was brought out of the water (Anne used a midwife) and everyone hears, “It’s a Boy!” Anne admits she was surprised. I guess she’ll have to try again if she wants another daughter;-)
Luke was a newborn super star. He slept like a baby (ha ha). I told my husband afterwards that he made me look like a baby whisperer! But I didn’t even really get the chance to use anything from my bag of tricks. I can’t complain though, because a sleeping baby is happy baby. And happy babies are so photogenic!
Anne Eugenio - I love it! The scowl turned out adorable. Can’t wait to see the rest of the shoot!
Jennifer Wilcox - Anne so glad you love it! I will try to swing by tomorrow with a special delivery!
