Gig Harbor Newborn Photographer ~ Baby Kamryn

What is the perfect addition to your family when you already have the cutest, sweetest son?  A daughter of course.  I can remember how excited I was to find out that I was having a little girl during my second pregnancy.  My fist was a boy and I loved him to the moon and back.  But I was SO excited to have a daughter.  I just knew from that very first day when the ultrasound results were shared that I was carrying in my tummy my future very best friend.  And so it will be for this sweet mom.  I read somewhere once that raising a son is like a breakup that last 20 years.  He will someday give his heart to another.  But daughters are different.  A piece of their heart always yearns for their mother.  I have been so inspired by some many wonderful examples of adult women (mother and daughter) that have the most amazing relationships.  I want to have that some day.  I want Kamyrn to have that some day with her mom.  Daughters are the absolute BEST!

Kamryn’s mom requested that I used pinks and grays for her daughter’s session.  I think everything came together pretty nicely.  Little lady slept like a champ for the first part of her session and then was wide awake.  Here are my personal favorites!  I am super excited to send a little package to a wonderful family tomorrow!  Do you think they will be so happy?  I sure do hope so!
